Wednesday 29 January
7–8 p.m. (doors open at 6:45 p.m.)
GMAC Film, 103 Trongate, Glasgow.

Join Neuk Collective for an evening celebrating the creativity of neurodivergent poets and filmmakers. This event will screen a series of short poetry films, showcasing the words and worlds of neurodivergent artists, including Disability Arts Online Associate Artist Elspeth Wilson. Following the screening, there will be a panel discussion featuring three of the poets and filmmakers behind the works. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience powerful storytelling and gain insight into the creative processes of neurodivergent artists.

Everyone is welcome! Free tickets are available but if you would like to donate to help cover the cost of the screening, Neuk Collective would be very grateful.

Access for visitors:

Ear defenders and stim toys will be available, and seats can be reserved by the door if you need to slip out. If you have any access needs, please get in touch with Neue Collective at neuk@doorinthewall.co.uk or add them to your booking.

Access for wheelchair users at GMAC:

GMAC has capacity for one wheelchair user at any given time. If this applies to you, please let GMAC know when you plan on visiting so that they can ensure you are able to access the space comfortably and safely: hello@gmacfilm.com.

There are two lifts to gain access to GMAC on 5th floor. In the unlikely event of a fire, both lifts will be out of use, and everyone will exit the building via five flights of stairs. If a disabled person is in the building and cannot evacuate using the stairs, the fire rescue team will be called immediately to recover them.

Please use the accessibility guide and access form to let GMAC know what adjustments or support they can provide to ensure you can take part.
